Can distance education students check out books from the library?

Yes, distance education students may check out print books from Rooney Library.
If you live far from campus, mail is likely the best option. After searching our catalog, please provide us with the name of the book(s) you need, along with your current mailing address. The library will check out the book and mail it to you. You are responsible for return postage, but you may return the item using media or library rate, which are cheaper than traditional rates.
Alternatively, you can provide us with the name of the book(s) and request that they be held at the front desk for you to come pick up.
